December was full of excitement. Our roomates adopted a 5 month old baby boy named Miles. While some might think that with 8 people in the house we've reached the maximun capacity, I say we have room for a few more. Let us know if you need a place to stay.
Carson celebrated her 2nd birthday. We had a few close friends and some family over for pancakes, a few crafts, and way too many presents. Although we've heard horror stories about the terrrible twos, Carson is still a delight - even as she's learning to assert herself with some pretty serious vigor on occasion.
Nick ran in the California International Marathon and came in under his goal of 3:10, qualifying for the Boston Marathon which he'll be running in April.
Then, of course, there was Christmas and everything that surrounds it. We had a delightfil time decorating the Christmas Pot (which held a naval orange tree and sat on the kitchen counter throughout the season), visitng with friedns and family, and reflecting on the meaning of this glorious celebration. We've put together a few thoughts on Christmas and we'd love to hear your feeback. Click here to check our reflections and let us know what you think.
